"Enough about me. How don't you know who Emily's mum is?" I can't help but to be curious. Is that woman 'Emily's mum' pretty? Does he like shy or bold characters? Did she die?

"Never met her" I shrugged simply, the truth was as easy as that. I don't want to meet her, I know she must have her reason for leaving Emily, but it must be a huge one for me to let it go.

Callahaway
That was (hopefully) enough info to gef that Emily's adopted. Alright. If he won't tell me, I'l think of my own answer. At least I can do that. "Alright, alright. Your turn."

"Hm. What kind of dance do you do?" I, mainly, do ballroom, especially dances like the rhumba and the Argentine tango. Street dancing has never appealled but if Clark dances it I am willing to learn.

Callahaway
"Oh, I hope yoz don't think of me as a fancy ballet dancer or a waltzer. No, mainly it's tapdance, breakdance and tango. Gotta love the tango." Unfortunately, all the waitresses in the cafe are, indeed, female, so I got no one to dance tango with me. Sad face.

Markus
"Oh that is pretty good. It's a wide range of dances, I just stick with ballroom, sometimes ballet to help Emmie" I said, "Your turn"

Are you single? "Where do you work? Basic enough, can't answer me that with an enigma", I half smirked. Simple question, simple answer.

Markus
I smiled at her, "Qualified dance teacher working in the reception of tthe Royal Dance Academy" I replied, "The engima is the best part"

Callahaway
I made a face."Rats. That's the best job ever. I'm a waitress, that's rather uninteresting", I shrugged.

Markus
"Waitresses are very important though, without them I would dare say we would be doomed. How would us lazy people get our meals?" I asked, crossing my legs at the ankle and smiled at her.

Callahaway
"You, sir, are a liar." I smirked back, a reply to his smile. "How can you be lazy, you're a dancer, for goodness sakes. There is no 'lazy' in 'dancing'."

Markus
"Dancing is very different from having to walk to the fridge." I noticed, shrugging, "Dancing is something you want to do. It sinks into your veins, takes over your whole body. The flow of the music- okay, I'll shut up"

Callahaway
"Well, miss Emily was right. You do tend to ramble on about music." I nudged him with my elbow. "Don't worry, people like that." Girls? Boys? Which gender does he like? Me or not-me?

Markus
"Then I shall continue to do that then" I grinned at her. I shall keep that as a note; ramble around Clark. Does that mean I want her to like me? Ha, probably. She is an amazing person, and I haven't even spoke to her for that long. "Miss Emily? She will love to be called that"

"And I will continue doing that, then", I smirked. Well, there was only one way to find out. Shameless, open flirting. My smile turned a bit seductive. "So, is Markus single?" Ah, ew, ew, never try seductiveness again.

Markus
"Fortunately for you, yes" I teased, winking at her. Flirting, something I love to do, even if it is rarely done.

Callahaway
I'm not an actress. I went in full blushy-giggly-flattery mood. Yes, I blushed. Finally some colour to my face. "Fortunately for you, so am I." Flirting? Yes me. Seductive? No me no me.

Markus
"We are both very fortunate then" I continued grinning at her. I liked her blush; I want to see it more. "And why is a pretty girl like you single. They should be dropping like flies at your feet"

Blimey. Did not expect such a major response. "I bet you tell that to everyone." To avoid sounding like an awful cliche, I protested. "And no, I'm not pretty. You've seen me twice; both times I was makeup-less. If you want to see pretty, ask me out, I'll surely prepare for something like that."

Markus
"So dressed up you say you look prettier? Hm. I shall be the judge of that, I shall ask you out. On what days are you not doing your waitress duties?" I asked, not dropping my smile at all.

Callahaway
Can I get a high five I just got myself a date. "I can call the girls and tell them I'll be off tomorrow, if that's okay with you."

Markus
"Mhm. Yep definitely fine" More than fine, a lot more. Who knew it was that simple? I'm proud, definitely well played.

Callahaway
"Do you know that this is the first time I got myself a date?" I dropped the role of femme fatale and laughed quietly. "Why aren't dates always so simple?"

Markus
"I don't know. I haven't done any sort of dating since getting Emily" I noticed, settling into the sofa more.

Callahaway
"Are you kidding me, I haven't flirted since high school", I'm glad this whole pretending thing was over.
