"Well it isn't my fault my boyfriend is the laziest person in the United States" I said, before I could stop myself. Boyfriend? Is that what he is to me? I have no idea, but the word definitely sounded very good to say.

Boyfriend? Okay, yeah. I'll go with that."It's not called being lazy, it's called being unmotivated. Your boyfriend is the most unmotivated person in the United States", I corrected him.

Frederick
I grinned at him, happy he saw us as boyfriends. "Maybe a puppy will get you up in the morning, I'll just place it one your face"

Cali
"How many exactly do you plan on getting?" I asked at his comment. One on my face? Are there any others?

Frederick
"Just one, maybe more in the future if I can handle them" I said, with a small shrug. "Now, you will need to assist me in getting this puppy out" I noticed.

Cali
"I think not. I don't like dogs", I shook my head. Or cats. Or animals. They're annoying.

Frederick
"Wuss" I commented, before reaching into the pen and pulling out the puppy from the bottom of the pile. "But look at that face, how do you not just want to hug it?" I asked, holding the puppy up to his face.

Cali
"Allergies." Not really, but general slobber doesn't attract me. Unless it's human. Then, dammit, boy.

Frederick
"If you had allergies you would have had an allergic reaction by now, considering we are in a pet-shop full of animals, so you would either get a rash or what ever would happen" I observed, lowering the puppy so I could hold it better.

Cali
"Mental allergies. They annoy me." What. Mental allergies. I need someone to kill me soon enough otherwise I'll write a dictionary filled with stupid shit.

Frederick
"I have never heard of 'mental allergies' before, how badly do they affect your intelligence?" I teased him, still holding onto the poor puppy.

Cali
"They don't", I crossed my hands on my chest and continued looking around."Is that it? Can we go now?"

Frederick
"Umh, I think so, I just have to pay for it" I said, quickly heading over to the counter and getting all the essential stuff before stuffing everything but the puppy in my bag. I returned to Cali's side, holding the puppy in one arm and lacing over fingers together with the other.

Cali
"Is buying an aninal really so satisfying?" I asked walking out of the pet store.

Frederick
I smiled at him, "Yes, it is" I said, staring up to him again, leading the way home.

It was about two in the morning, and Cali had long returned home. I managed to get the puppy settled in. It seemed pretty happy, and I have found the problem I will probably spoil it to death. I already bought loads of toys for it and allowed it all over the house. Not on furniture though. I grabbed my phone, and settled onto the bed, ringing Cali.

Cali
That was not the ring of my phone. I clicked the green button and groaned instead of a hello. Nope it was not two in the morning.

Frederick
"Hey, Cali, I found out her breed. She's a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, ya know like the queen of England has?" I spoke into the phone, grinning.

Cali
I considered that not important so I hung up and turned around on the sofa, continuing to sleep.

"Caali" I complained, ringing him again, and while waiting for him to pick up I say "Why don't you just move in here? It'll be better" I reached one hand down to stroke the puppy.

"Yeah yeah, first thing tomorrow", I muttered sarcastically, but then my eyes widened."Wait, you for real?"
