"I've never seen it" Nix admitted, watching Roxanne. Kiwi shook some of the water off of her head, her ears still against her head.

Roksana
"Aw, don't be mad at me", I told Kiwi."After you'll be nice and clean, won't you, sobaka?" I said realizing I called her a pooch in Russian. Old habits die hard."There's a song in it which is called El Tango de Roxanne, I think it's on my desktop", I nodded toward my laptop on the counter.

Nix smiled, "Is it French?" I asked, spinning slightly on the chair. Kiwi sneezed and sat down, not looking towards her.

Roksana
"I don't really know, I like the English part", I said laughing quietly. I started shampooing Kiwi, not really liking the smell of shampoo, but at least it was effective.

Kiwi sneezed again, then rested her head against the tub edge, looking to no where in particular. "What's Moulin Rouge about?" Nix asked.

Roksana
"It's kind of an extravaganza Water For Elephants with Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor", I answered, knowing my description isn't the best. I murmured some comforting words to Kiwi."On budet v kratchajshie sroki", I said quietly, not wanting to get on her bad side. I gently cleaned her head.

"Oh, Ewan McGregor, I have heard of him before, he was in the film Miss. Potter" Nix said, as Kiwi perked her head a little, slightly confused by Roxanne's words. She hadn't heard that language before.

Roksana
"Yes, he was. He has an incredible voice. What about you? What's your favourite movie?" I asked. When did I get so talkative? I usually stay quiet in my corner reading or just looking at everybody. This wasn't like me at all.

Nix paused thinking, "A Series of Unfortunate Events is a very good film. It is a shame they didn't do the whole book series" She said, watching Roxanne. She seemed a lovely person, and you rarely see that type of person around any more.

Roksana
"I don't think I've seen it, what's it about?" I asked, generally intrigued. She reminded me of that posh family, what was their name, but she didn't seem to be uptight or arrogant. I started to wash shampoo off Kiwi.

"Three siblings lose their parents in a fire, and this evil man, called Count Olaf, is after their parent's fortune." Nix explained. "The film only covers three of the thirteen books, and miss out all the mystery and stuff" She added.

Roksana
"That's a shame. I never understood people who don't finish movies, books, et cetera. I can't just leave it unfinished", I said nodding lightly.

Nix nodded "The end of the story is always the most important part, with no ending the story is incomplete. It is quite disheartening when they aren't finished"

Roksana
"Precisely. Come here", I told the dog as I finished washing her and grabbed a towel to dry her off."I think it's every writer's duty to finish off what they started."

"I agree" Nix said, nodding and watching as Kiwi stumbled clumsily out of the tub. She glanced at Roxanne before shaking, as if in payback.

Roksana
I laughed quietly."You'll wash out all the dye in my hair!" I teased her as I wrapped a towel around Kiwi.

Kiwi wagged her tail, happy to be out of the water. Nix giggled quietly and watched Kiwi licking Roxanne happily.

Roksana
"She's gorgeous", I told Nix. I haven't seen a dog that cute for a while. I started drying her off with a towel.

Kiwi kept wagging her tail, "Mhm, she is. Shame it doesn't reflect in her personality, she can be so grumpy at times" Nix noticed. "Do you have any pets?" She asked.

Roksana
"Sadly, no, I'm quite new to the area." The area of an entire state, that is. But I didn't tell her that. The last thing I needed was for someone to stereotype me and take me to a bar to drink vodka.

"What pet would you get if you were going to get one?" Nix asked, watching as Kiwi rubbed her head against Roxanne, asking for a fuss.

Roksana
"Probably a dog. Alaskan malamute, if I were to choose", I said petting Kiwi and using that opportunity to dry off her head.

"They are very cute" Nix noticed, as Kiwi tried to lick Roxanne again.

Roksana
"I like big, husky dogs in general, I can't deal with those small and aggressive ones", I said taking the towel off of Kiwi.

Nix nodded in agreement, "Chihuahuas and Chinese Crested are the worst" She said, as Kiwi realised she was free from the towel, and trotted over to Nix.
