"If you want to, yeah", Billie said getting up and tying her shoes in a ladder way, something she's been doing for ages.

Arthur chuckled lightly, "Nah, it'd be a really pedoish thing to do. I've already got into your house while you were asleep"

Billie smirked."Wow, I'm really interesting, am I not?" she winked at him lightly ."I'm back by ten. Have to have a family chat."

Arthur laughed, "See you soon then" He said, smiling.

"Don't wait up", Billie laughed a bit closing the door behind her.

Arthur smiled, trying to figure out what to do now.

Billie twirled into the house."I had the most amazing day and I'm so glad I can tell it to someone."

"Hm? What happened?" Arthur asked, he had glided towards the door when he heard Billie outside.

"People have been screaming at me whole day, I almost list my abillity to hear again, but it was nice screaming I guess. We haven't done any work, it's pretty hilarious. And I went to this kindergarten, just a half-shift job, I like those kids, and they yelled some more, then my family made sure I was able to hear by screaming out every sentence. And it's sunny outside", Billie rambled.

"Screaming and sun, my favourite kind of day" Arthur noticed once she had finished talking.

"Oh, no, it was amazing and fun and oh my God I have way too much caffeine in my body", Billie said putting the suspiciously Starbucjs looking cup on the kitchen island.

Arthur nodded, "Well it's nice to know you had a good day." He said, smiling.

"It's nice to have a good day", Billie smiled sunnily at him messing up her hair and removing her makeup. Only for show.

"Don't you have good days often?" Arthur asked, "I thought you liked your job"

"Well, as you may have noticed, I'm not really a talkative person. Well, wasn't. Anyway. People used to laugh at my pronounciation, and that sorta sucked", Billie shrugged.

"Oh, that's understandable." Arthur nodded, "I'm curious, how did you learn to speak if you couldn't hear?"

Billie smiled lightly."My mum taught me. She said the word and I mimicked her mouth position and she'd correct me. I learnt to speak after I've already known how to read."

"That is so cool" Arthur said, slightly amazed "I've never heard of people doing that before. Most people teach sign language"

Billie looked at her hands then shook her head."Imagine a five year old signing. People would look at us weirdly."

"That's true" Arthur agreed, nodding. "It must of been so weird, talking but hearing nothing"

"Terrible. But when people talked back it was quite assuring", Billie said.

"So did you lip-read what they said?" Arthur asked.

"Yeah. I wasn't really good at it, though. Most of the time they wrote on their notebooks", Billie said.
