"But then why haven't you attempted to 'skewer' me?" I asked casually, looking down towards her slightly confused. Why hasn't she tried? Not that it bothered me.

Ronnie
Because only angels, real ones, can do that."Just 'cuz", I shrugged. I can't do it and I don't know how to. It's extremely depressing and annoying, but there is nothing I can do about it.

Kerberos
"Alright then" I said, my shoulders relaxing slightly. Well, at least I know she isn't going to kill me any time soon. I faced the dark path in front of us, looking out for any stones I could stand on.

Ronnie
"What, little demon, you're not afraid of the dark, are you?" I teased him. Again, me with the teasing. What was wrong today? I guess it was just the lack of cleanness.

Kerberos
I snorted at her, shaking my head, "You're the one who should be frightened of the dark, pretty lady, something scary might pop out and ruin your innocence." I replied quite grumpily, kicking a stone out of the way.

Ronnie
"I can always taser you if you start annoying me and thriw your body in the middle of the Pacific", I said fiddling with the inside of my pockets."Innocence? What, are we in the Before Christ period?"

Kerberos
"That was a bad time, I don't know how we survived without pie" I said, glancing over at her with a frown.

Ronnie
"Did you hear that?" I asked and stopped walking, looking around. No, not vampires. Not now. This night is too long for anything else to happen.

Kerberos
"Huh? What?" I asked, as I had been paying no attention to anything that had just been said. I looked around trying to figure out what it was she was on about, "What?"

Ronnie
"Great, of course there will be vampires tonight. Hold this", I shoved my jacket into his arms, but not before I grabbed my stake out of it."Care to help?"

Kerberos
"Erm, sure?" I said, after recovering slightly form the shock of the weight of her jacket. I placed it over one shoulder, "How can I help? I made a point to avoid vampires, so haven't actually fought them in a very long time"

Ronnie
"Take a gun or something, you idiot! You can't be that stupid!" I panicked, and when I do, I insult people around me. I approached the shadow. "There are ten of them, I can't fight them off by myself."

Kerberos
"I take offence to that" I said, pulling a gun out of her jacket. I quickly checked there were bullets before cocking it. "Ooh, this is definitely the highlight of the day" I said, aiming the gun towards one of the vampires and firing.

Ronnie
"If you shoot me, I'll recover for hours and I really don't need that at the moment", I murmured and decided to go on a fist fight, different style than his distant, metal gun approach. Before I knew it, I had three down, all three male, all three with stake holes in their throat.

Kerberos
"Do remind me never to get on your bad side" I muttered, looking down towards the dead bodies on the floor. Okay now I really didn't want to be in her bad books, if I'm not already.

Ronnie
"Get out there, you wuss! You can't kill vampires with a gun!" I squeaked and shoved the sticky stake in one vampire's chest, just next to the spot where he shot him. It took me by surprise when two vampires grabbed me, one from the front and from the back."Help!" I called. That was weak even by my standards.

Kerberos
"By any chance do you have another stake-y thing?" I asked, mostly to myself before finding one. "Aha! You do" I said, before moving towards one of the vampires holding her and trying to stab it. "Do I just stab it here?" I asked, casually as if asking what ingredients were needed for a cake. After a large amount of fumbling, I managed to stab the vampire echoing the place where she had stabbed the others.

Ronnie
I dropped on the ground with a (quite loud, if I may notice) cry in pain, as I fell on my back, and that meant wings. Not good."You could've aimed for the one holding my legs!" I inhaled with a sharp gasp and used all the upper body strenght I had left to push myself up and punch the other vampire in the face. Of course, I was too weak to do so on my own, it's a crazy stunt, so my wings shot out and pushed the vampire on my right away as they widened to their full size. One and a half meters aboved my hair, they offered me enough power to get rid of all the left vampires.

"Jesus fucking Christ" I mumbled, taking a step back from her, ignoring the vampires who she could probably get rid of in a blink of an eye. "Okay, they weren't that big before. Are you just trying to take the piss and emphasis how much bigger yours are than mine? I mean it is unfair really" I grumbled, now completely aware how stupidly reckless it was being around her, let alone helping (or more not so helping and watching uselessly from the sidelines) her get rid of some vampires.

(Theres got to be a dick joke somewhere)

I flew up to a balcony and sat down."Is that all?" I asked as I looked around for any moves of vampires. No, all dead. I wiped the blood off of the stake, a bit displeased by my weakness. I blew my cover. If he had any knowledge of wingology, he'd know that something wasn't right."I'm sorry, what did you say?" I do believe there was a word 'wings' in his monologue.

(Theres always a dick joke if you look hard enough)

I looked up towards her, crossing my arms lightly. "Your wings are too big to be a normal angel, like I've seen plenty of them before. Do your wings like mean something? Like in peacocks?" I asked, not moving my gaze away from her.

(gimme a few minutes and ill be on the laptop)

"No, not really. It has nothing to do with anything", I shook my head, maybe a bit too fast. Fallen usually have bigger wings because the Angels don't need wings, God gives them powers to levitate and wings are just for show. Fallen use theirs to fly, and if they were any smaller, they wouldn't be able to keep me in the air."Give me back my weapons."

I nodded slightly, "Oh, right yeah" I said, and joined her on the balcony before handing over he jacket and the weapons. "Do you actually need wings that big? Or are they just for show?" I asked, still looking at her wings.
