"What happened, if you don't mind me asking?" the woman asked.

"Apparently, my partner was at their sister's and they just fell over. Supposedly like a puppet" I said, stopping my pacing to look over at her.

The woman's face darkened."Poor thing. That's never good."

Andrew
I grumbled under my breath quietly, but knowing she was only being polite- I nodded. "I just hope theyre okay. Thy mean the world to me"

"Ah, I know what's it like to be young and in love... What's your name?" she asked, trying to make a real conversation, to let her mind wander.

Andrew
"Andrew" I said simply, akin to when I first met Isaac. "How about you?"

"Lynne. I like your name. Biblical. My husband was into names like that so we're stuvk with a boy named Ezekiel and a girl-" her voice trembled a bit," a girl called Martha."

Andrew
"Lynne? It's a lovely name and so is Matha" I said, noticing her voice change slightly. I was curious as to why it changed, but too worried for Isaac to bring it up.

Lynne smiled a bit."That's what he told me. I has no say in my own child's name. Such a polite person, your girlfriend is so lucky."

Andrew
"Girlfriend?" I asked, just stopping myself from chuckling.

Lynne frowned lightly."You said partner, so I thought..."

I smiled lightly and shook my head, "Isaac's a guy" I said.

Lynne thought about that for a moment."I've never seen anyone so connected to their project partners that stromgly."

Andrew
This caused me to chuckle, "We're probably a bit more than project partners" I noticed.

Lynne blinked twice not understanding.

Andrew
"Isaac, he's my boyfriend" I explained, looking at her, smiling faintly.

A quiet "Oh" escaped her lips, but Lynne didn't react in any other way. She focused on the picture in her wallet again not continuing the conversation. Just then Tatiana returned."Well, now I know where he is. Though, the visits are only for family."

I glanced at Lynne then down to Tatiana. "Surely I'd count as family?"

"Not really. Unless you shot off to Vegas during the time you were in New York", Tatiana sighed.

Andrew
I rubbed my chin lightly, thinking. "We could try and convince the doctors" I said.

"No you couldn't. It's a strict policy", a not-kind-looking nurse walked to them. Tatiana sighed. "I'll get you a cab home, they win't ever let you in. I'll tell you if anything changes, okay?"

I glared at the nurse lightly, but rubbing my brow I nodded. "Fine"

There was a soft knock on the door of Andrew's home. (house or flat idk cant remember)

I walked over to the door, hoping to not have another Tatiana moment. I pulled it open.

It was Isaac. He stood there quietly looking down, his arms curled up in front f his chest. He was wearing the same clothes as he did the last time they saw each other, but this time they were wrinkled and stretched, losing its original shape. He didn't say anything.
