Amelia-May
"Why are avoiding my question?" I sighed "Are you okay? You seem slightly depressed" I say, trying to word it so he can't work around it.

"Depressed could mean a lot of things."Benedict continued avoiding the 'real deal' here, but it was really hard to do.

Amelia-May
"Benedict" I say, sternly. "You know what I mean"

"Amelia,"Benedict copied her tone of voice."I am kind of going through a mental breakdown and an identity crisis here. Do you really thing I want to talk?"

Amelia-May
"Maybe tell me why you're having a mental breakdown and identity crisis, it might help" I offered, looking at him with concern.

(I can't think of a way to make Ellie look intelligent)

{*dies from laughter*}

Benedict looked her straight into the eyes, the bluest blue that'd ever blued dead inside."I heard every word you said to the Chameleon."

Amelia-May
"Oh. " I say. "It was the only way I could distract him Benedict. I didn't mean for it to go that far. Please. You have to believe me. " I say, looking back at him.

"I am having a hard time believing anyone right now, to be honest."Benedict said and put his chin on his folded knees.

Amelia-May
I scoot towards him so our knees are touching and sighed. "Please Benedict, you have to trust me on this " I murmured.

"I don't know if I can. You have to trust me on this. I have been broken far too many times to just go over something like...this."Benedict said looking away from her eyes.

Amelia-May
I sigh, I need him to believe me. I don't know what I'd do if he didn't. "Benedict, he would of killed you. I had to distract him, I couldn't think of another way to distract him." I say, my voice heavy with regret and guilt.

"I can think of thousands of ideas now."{please don't ask me 'name one'}Alas, it is better to be dead then betrayed, Benedict thought.

Amelia-May
"I was under pressure" I say, squinting to try and stop the tears threatening to spill. "I love you Ben, no one else" I whisper, looking at my knees.

{*bawls*}

Benedict looked up again, but didn't say a word. When he managed to get something out, it was a whisper."Don't call me Ben."

Amrlia-May
I looked at him, silent. I felt the tears starting to spill over, and leaving trails down my cheeks. I lowered my head so I wasn't looking at him.

Benedict looked at her for a while before getting up and walking to the other side of the room.

I ran alongside a few of the agents who came to rescue Benedict and I. They kept asking me questions. I wish they would leave me alone. I shouldn't of flirted with Chameleon, I felt like it had made Benedict hate me.

Benedict ran away as well, but as far as he could from Amelia. He just couldn't. It was too much. His best friend and a person he had broken the rules for were not people who he thought they were.
