Sophie and Hazel, numéro 1

While Victoria was asleep I decided to stay up. I sat next to the tent, star gazing. I had a sudden urge to paint and so rummaged around in my bag, looking for the paints I had got while Victoria was getting the tent. I pulled out a bit of paper and started to paint. I had sudden inspiration from yesterday and found myself drawing a tall tree surrounded by smaller ones. When I had finished most of it I thought it wouldn't be complete without Victoria so painted two small figure at the very top of the tree. I smile speed over my face as I stepped back and looked at it. It would be nice to give to Victoria since she wanted to see some of my work. In the meantime, I sat back to let the paint dry. When it was I put it in my bag and headed into the tent.

Victoria
I woke up at the feeling of it being cold beside me. I sat up quickly when I realised Joe wasn't there. "Joe?" I asked, looking around being to panic. And seeing the tent door opening, I grabbed my gun and pointed it at the figure. That's when I caught a glance of green hair, "Jesus fucking Christ Joe, don't do that again"I grumbled, lowering the gun, and letting out a breath.

"Sorry", I mumble and shuffle next to Victoria. I lay next to her, trying to get warm. "Couldn't sleep", I explain.

Victoria
I sighed, and cuddled up into him. "Please warn me next time" I yawned, closing my eyes again.

"I will", I whisper. I wrap my arms around her. Not just for the warmth, though.

Victoria
I didn't want to be the first to wake up this time, so when I felt myself waking, I cuddled more into Johann's chest. But this did not help get me back to sleep, so, grumbling, I detatched myself from him and sat up.

Half asleep I feel a sudden cold. I open my eyes a crack and see Victoria sitting up. "What is it?", I ask. I groggily sit up leaning on my hands.

Victoria
"Did I wake you?" I asked, looking over at him, crossing my lefs beneath me.

"No. I magically woke up by the power of God", I grumble sarcastically. I flop back down onto the bed. I wrap my arms around myself, "its cold".

Victoria
"Magically at this time of year, it is cold" I copied his tone from before. But laid down next to him anyway.

I wrap my arms around her again, "need warmth", I explain. "Why do you always have to get up so early?", I ask."Its a real inconvenience".

Victoria
"Why do you have to be here?" I.cuddled into him again, "It's a real inconvenience" I replied, but smiled up at him.

I chuckle slightly. "Thanks", I say. "Seriously though", I drop the sarcastic tone. "Why?", I ask.

Victoria
"I just don't sleep much" I replied, looking up towards him with a small smiled. "Now you have to answer my question of why"

I frown. "What was the question again?", I ask. "Sorry, I have great long term memory. But short term is a no can do".

Victoria
"Why do I put up with a funny, creative, lessthanawimpthanhewasbefore guy who ain't that bad looking?" I asked.

I smile. "Only you know the answer to that question", I say. "So?", I ask. "What's the answer?"

Victoria
"Y'know what I think? I think it's the fringe" I said, untangling my hand and reaching up to stroke his hair.

I shiver slightly at her touch. Hair had always been a sensitive spot. "Yeah hair is definitely the reason I like you aswell", I say.

Victoria
"But mine doesn't have a greeb stripe in it" I complained quietly, stifling a yawn.

"I know, but its so soft", I reply and run my fingers through it. "Much better than mine".

Victoria
"Shut it" I complained again, but smiled, closing my eyes. I like people fiddling with my hair, so I cuddled into him more.

I continue to stroke her hair and settle back into the bed. "Feeling tired yet?", I ask quietly after a few minutes.

Victoria
"This is against my will" I continued my complaining, but more quiet this time. I stifled a yawn badly, grumbling slightly.

"Sleep is good", I mumble. "You should be happy", I feel my own eyes starting to close. "Especially in the morning".

(might have to go in a minute cause my charge is going out)
